I love a good bowl for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This can be made vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or with all the things. Basically take a grain or green or both, add your favorite vegetables (or whatever is in the fridge), add some legumes, maybe a fried egg or other protein and BAM!!! Super Yummy!

- fresh spinach
- sautéed baby bella mushrooms
- fresh corn
- black beans
- over medium egg
- fresh jalapeños
- drizzle of sriracha
