This is one of my absolute favorite go to salads and it is super simple!
I make my salmon in the air fryer – 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes depending on how you like your salmon prepared. I prepare mine medium rare so I tend to cook it for about 7-8 minutes.
I prep my salmon with a little olive oil – just a quick spritz – and then add seasoning of choice. For the moment, I am enjoying Pampered Chef’s Herbs de Provence seasoning.
As far as the salad portion, I used arugula here with tomatoes, a small amount of parmesan cheese, and a light drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
